Where to Get a Card

Get and load an Adult HOLO Card at any of the locations listed below, including at HOLO vending machines located at Skyline stations.

Get an annual pass and reduced fare HOLO cards—including Disability, Medicare, Senior, and Youth cards— at the Transit Pass Office on Middle Street. Senior and Youth cards are also available at all Satellite City Halls, except Ala Moana Satellite City Hall, by appointment only (schedule your appointment using AlohaQ).

Please bring a valid ID to get your Senior, Youth or Medicare HOLO card and the required physician forms for a HOLO Disability card. To learn more about TheBus reduced fare card programs, please visit TheBus.org.

Where to Load Your Card

You can load any HOLO card at the Transit Pass Office, HOLO vending machines located at Skyline stations, or most Satellite City Halls.

Participating stores across Oahu can load a value of $3 or more on your HOLO card (except ABC Stores). Some stores can also load day, month, and annual passes (see table below). Please be aware that most stores only accept cash when loading HOLO cards.
